Exclusions

The following are not covered under the Warhawk limited warranty.

  • Normal wear items: blades, belts, tires, filters, spark plugs
  • Damage from abuse, neglect, accident, or improper operation
  • Modifications or alterations not approved by Warhawk
  • Use of non-approved parts or accessories
  • Commercial use beyond the specified hour limits
  • Damage from improper storage or transportation
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading) from normal use
  • Failure to follow maintenance schedule outlined in the operator manual

Owner Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, owners must follow these guidelines.

  • Follow the maintenance schedule in the operator manual
  • Use only Warhawk-approved parts and accessories
  • Keep proof of purchase and maintenance records
  • Report warranty issues to an authorized dealer promptly
  • Do not exceed the specified hour limits for your model

How to File a Claim

Contact Your Authorized Dealer

Bring your Warhawk mower to the dealer where it was purchased, or any authorized Warhawk service center. Keep your proof of purchase available.

Dealer Inspection

Your dealer will inspect the mower and document the issue. They will determine if the repair falls under warranty coverage and submit a claim on your behalf.

Claim Processing

Warhawk reviews the claim and authorizes the repair. Approved warranty work is completed at no cost to you for covered parts and labor.

Repair Completion

Your dealer performs the covered repair using genuine Warhawk parts and returns your mower ready for service.

Warranty Transferability

The Warhawk limited warranty is transferable to subsequent owners within the original warranty period. The new owner must provide proof of purchase from the original buyer and the transfer must be registered with Warhawk through your authorized dealer. Hour limits and coverage terms remain unchanged.
